My house is new.
My house is very clean.
There is park near my house.
The patk is very large.
So I often run in the park.
Or I go skatboarding.
I like this place.
However there aren't convenience stores near my house.
So it is inconvenient.

The neighborhood is good because it's full of greenery.

My GW plan is playing basketball .
